REBEKKA WALKER is a Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT 500 with a background in Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative, Anusara Yoga, & over 2000 hours of teacher training in these methods. Her lifelong study and exploration of tantric and buddhist philosophy, Ayurverda, holistic healing and therapeutic bio-mechanics, has led Rebekka to develop and teach yoga and yoga therapy programs worldwide. Celebrating 10 years of training teachers, she was formerly an Anusara Certified Teacher and is the director of teacher training for the Vancouver School of Yoga's 200  and 300 Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Programs. Guiding students to share the wisdom of yoga with clarity, joy, and exquisite precision has been her passion for over 15 years. With a focus on alignment and inspiration, Rebekka's classes, courses, retreats and teacher trainings are heart warming, poetic journeys, inside and out.

CHANTAL RUSSELL has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has been teaching since 2005. In 2007, she graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Toronto. Since then, she has facilitated nutrition workshops, cleanses, one-on-one consultations, and taught in some of Canada's top yoga studio's in Toronto and Vancouver.  From 2010-12 she apprenticed with internationally celebrated yoga innovator Sianna Sherman, during which time she assisted numerous teacher training programs in San Francisco and Paris, completed in depth studies in pre-natal and yoga therapeutics, and studied with top yoga and meditation scholars including Sally Kempton, Paul Muller-Ortega, Christopher Wallis and Douglas Brooks. She currently manages Bowen Island Yoga, off the west coast of British Columbia where she resides, is a faculty member at The Vancouver School of Yoga, oversees the yoga & nutrition program at The Orchard addiction recovery centre, runs retreats around the world, and is a regular contributor to Rebelle Society. When not teaching or writing, she can be found gardening with her husband and son, reading by the fire, or traveling the world in search of good waves, healing foods and nourishing conversation.

NATALIE ROUSSEAU I teach yoga because I believe in its power to heal and to transform and  I have seen that  yoga can offer these gifts to anyone, no matter where they are starting from. To me yoga is a path of both self empowerment and deep humility, and to be a teacher on this path is one of the greatest honours of my life. My classes reflect the knowledge I have received in my many years as a student of the Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Anusara traditions, all spoken through the lens of my own personal life experience. My offerings are infused with the things that inspire me most, and so you can expect the asana practices that I teach to be woven around themes related to the power of practice, the wisdom of nature, and the wonder of living an ordinary life lit up through mindful presence.

LISA MILLOY I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in British Columbia, Canada, and now offer Holistic Bodywork treatments in Berlin. I received my diploma in Massage Therapy, Therapeutic/Remedial Exercise, and Hydrotherapy from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, that is home to one of the world’s most advanced and comprehensive training programs in therapeutic massage. I have thirteen years of experience in clinical practice and have worked in integrative health clinics alongside chiropractors, naturopathic physicians, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and personal trainers, as well as in my own private practice. Utilizing techniques and my experience in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Classical Massage, Trigger Point Release, and Muscle Energy Technique - just to name a few - we'll discover and address the deeper - often underlying - mechanisms that lead to symptoms of imbalance.
